Dundarroch is:

A property development group which provides innovative solutions to the financing of new projects.A property investment group which works together with its tenants for their long term mutual benefit.

 

Established in 1996 the group has completed almost £30 million of new developments primarily in science parks.

Developments include:

Specialised factory space in Livingston of 80,000 square feet.A £12 million Marine Laboratory at Dunstaffnage, Oban.Three centres for high-tech firms. Two of these are located at the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride, totalling 44,000 square feet, and one at Stirling University Innovation Park of 30,000 square feet.

The three centres for high-tech firms are still held by the group and form the core financial base for future developments.
