Purpose built entrance pavilion, incorporating a meeting room, seating for visitors and a reception. The space is dominated by a physical representation of the Fibonacci sequence designed by artist Martin McInally. This takes the form of fused glass tiles with further references contained within the grid pattern of the reception doors and positioning of the reception desk.
Logie Court is a two storey office pavilion, which provides 29,000 square feet of quality open plan office accommodation. The building is situated in Stirling University Innovation Park.
The Technology centre is a multi-tenanted building comprising two wings separated by a large full height central atrium/entrance hall with glazed curtain walling. The building provides 23,760 sq. ft. of mixed sized modern office accommodation over two floors. The ground floor units are dual purpose units which can be used for either offices or workshops. A programme of heating, lighting and insulation upgrading is currently underway. The building is still owned by the group. Currently the centre has offices to let.
