Dundarroch Holdings Limited and its trading subsidiary Almond Developments Limited are property investment companies wholly owned by the Kennedy family.

Established in 1996, the Chairman of the group, Gwyn Kennedy, formed a partnership with the former owners of ERDC Group to develop buildings using a variety of innovative funding techniques and with the assistance of European funding. In 2008 the Kennedy family acquired the other partners’ interests in Dundarroch Holdings.

The group has completed £30 million of new developments primarily in science parks.
